¶1Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of June 27, 2002, the Court has determined that this appeal is moot, because the hearing ordered by the trial court in the order on appeal has transpired as have other matters pursuant to that hearing. This disposition has no effect on appellant’s ability to seek review of a subsequent contempt order.
¶2DISMISSED.
