¶1The petition for belated appeal from the order denying the motion for postconviction relief in Duval County’s case number 98-5074-CF is granted. State ex rel. Shevin v. District Court of Appeal, Third District, 316 So.2d 50 (Fla.1975). Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
