¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 25th of April 2019 by State of NC for Extension of Time to Respond to Motion for Appropriate Relief:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 26th of April 2019."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including 31 May 2019 to Respond to Motion for Appropriate Relief.
