¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 21st of May 2019 by State of NC for Extension of Time to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari and Writ of Mandamus:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 21st of May 2019."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 1 July 2019 to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari and Writ of Mandamus.
