¶1Ronald Anthony Browdy appeals the summary denial of his postconviction motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm without prejudice to Browdy’s right to file a facially sufficient rule 3.850 motion within the two-year time limit.
