¶1Affirmed but remanded for the purpose of correcting the scrivener’s errors contained in Appellant’s scoresheet and judgment. Upon remand, the lower tribunal shall revise the judgment to reflect that aggravated assault is a third degree felony and shall revise appellant’s scoresheet to indicate a third degree felony and level 6 offense.
