““ * * * Exhibit D [prime contract specifications] was before the plaintiff at the time he made his proposal. The several parts are bound together, constituting one book. The title, ‘Contract and Specifications,’ gave notice of the contents. The plaintiff knew that he was entering into a subcontract.
