¶1This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the principal sum of $312.50.
¶2The facts and the issues presented in this, appeal are identical with those recited in Harris v. Womack, La.App., 83 So.2d 541.
¶3The judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
