Goodykoontz v. State

¶1By petition for a writ of certiorari, Diana Lynn Goodykoontz seeks review of a non-final order denying her motion seeking a declaration of indigence. Petitioner has not demonstrated that no remedy will be available on direct appeal or that the trial court violated a clearly established principle of law resulting in a miscarriage of justice. See State v. Pettis, 520 So.2d 250, 252 (Fla.1988). The petition is therefore DENIED.
