DECISION

The decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (board), affirming the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 and 4-7 in Manfred Moik's application Serial No. 448,698 under 35 U.S.C. Sec. 103, is affirmed on the basis of the board's opinion.
