PER CURIAM.

¶1After a careful review of the record, we conclude that the trial court correctly ruled that Appellant’s claim regarding the existence of a public road over the land in which he claims title is barred by the doctrine of res judicata. We find no merit in the other issues raised on appeal.

¶2AFFIRMED.

HARRIS, GRIFFIN and ORFINGER, R. B., JJ., concur.
