Bueno v. State

¶1We affirm the order denying the appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief where the record conclusively refutes the appellant’s arguments and/or such arguments were waived by virtue of his plea agreement. The state properly concedes, however, that the appellant is entitled to an additional 16 days of jail credits. Accordingly, we affirm the order, but remand for the imposition of 16 additional days of jail credit for the appellant.
