¶1Cesar Orosco appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm but note that the trial court did not have to rule on the merits of Orosco’s motion because it was untimely filed.
¶2Affirmed.
