¶1MISCELLANEOUS DISMISSALS
¶2Hamilton App. No. C-980262. On February 10, 1999, appellant filed a memorandum in support of jurisdiction without a copy of the court of appeals’ opinion and judgment entry being appealed. S.Ct.Prae.R. III(1)(D) requires that a copy of the court of appeals’ opinion and judgment entry being appealed shall be attached to the memorandum. Accordingly,
¶3IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that this cause be, and hereby is, dismissed.
