¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court Div. H, No. 10258-02; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 03-00519.

¶2Granted. The trial court is ordered to excuse the juror for cause. The juror has clearly demonstrated that she will not accept the law as given to her by the Court and as instructed by the legislature. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 797(4).
