COBB, Judge.

¶2This Court’s judgment in Carter v. State, 843 So.2d 807 (Ala.Crim.App.2001), reversing Triona Carter’s convictions for intentional murder and manslaughter and remanding the case for a new trial, has been reversed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Carter v. State, 843 So.2d 812 (Ala.2002). Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s opinion, we now affirm Carter’s convictions.

¶3AFFIRMED.
