¶1The petition is granted and Ronnie Eugene Davenport is hereby awarded a belated appeal from the order of June 24, 2002, which denied petitioner’s motion for post-conviction relief in case number 97-4410-CFA in the Circuit Court in and for Es-cambia County. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
