¶1We affirm the trial court’s order denying Mr. Porter’s motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. On appeal, Mr. Porter argues for the first time that his sentences violate the plea agreement. This affirmance is without prejudice to any right Mr. Porter may have to raise this claim in the trial court.
