¶1Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of June 10, 2003, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal in lower court case number 99-10226 was not timely filed. Thus, the Court lacks jurisdiction to review the *1126order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal of case number 99-10226 is hereby dismissed.
