Benson, J.

¶1(dissenting) : I dissent from that part of the opinion which discusses the evidence relating to bloodhounds and their use. In my opinion that testimony ought to have been excluded. I also dissent from the approval of the instructions given on that subject.

¶2As it is impossible to say that appellant would have been convicted without the evidence and instructions referred to, the judgment should be reversed and a new trial awarded.
