<bold>1. Criminal Law.</bold> Matters which were before Supreme Court on direct appeal from judgment of conviction of burglary could not be<page_number>Page 347</page_number> presented on review of denial of postconviction relief petition. SDCL 23-52-1 et seq. <bold>2. Constitutional Law.</bold> In prosecution for burglary, failure of state to deliver to defendant topcoat and pair of gloves which were found in defendant's automobile when officers apprehended another person who was also charged with burglary and which contained no foreign substance connecting them with burglary as did another pair of gloves which were also found did not deny defendant due process in absence of a request for their production or evidence that the state knowingly and deliberately suppressed them. <bold>3. Criminal Law.</bold> Under evidence that petitioner was represented at trial on charge of burglary by two experienced criminal lawyers whom he had retained, that he was represented in all subsequent proceedings by appointed counsel and that he failed to complain about attorneys' services at any time during trial, petitioner failed to sustain his burden of showing he was denied the effective assistance of counsel.
