¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

¶2On the authority of Ex parte Shelton, 851 So.2d 96 (Ala.2000), we “remand [this case] with instructions to the trial court to vacate that aspect of Shelton’s sentence imposing the suspended jail time.” 851 So.2d at 102.
