¶1For the reasons set forth in Glod v. Baker, 02-988 (La.App. 3 Cir. 8/6/03), 851 So.2d 1255, 2003 WL 21804398, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal shall be paid two-thirds by Baker and Baiers, and one-third by Vivi-ano and his entities not to include the two LLCs.
