¶1On Remand from the Alabama • Supreme Court
¶2In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Pierce, 851 So.2d 618 (Ala.2002), we reverse the circuit court’s judgment and remand this case to the circuit court for a new trial.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
