¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMILLAN, Presiding Judge.

¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Casey, 852 So.2d 175 (Ala.2002), this cause is due to be remanded to the trial court with instructions to resentence the appellant in accordance with that opinion. A return to remand shall be made to this Court within 63 days of the date of this opinion.

¶3REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
