¶1The appellant seeks review of a decision of the circuit court sitting in its appellate capacity. We construe the appellant’s notice of appeal to be a petition for certiorari and deny the petition. See Ivey v. Allstate Ins. Co., 774 So.2d 679 (Fla.2000); Armstrong v. State, 656 So.2d 455 (Fla.1995); Combs v. State, 436 So.2d 93 (Fla.1983).
