Airall v. State

¶1Ekon Airall seeks review of an order that dismissed his rule 3.850 as lacking a proper oath, and form. We accept the state’s concession and reverse and remand for the trial court to consider Airall’s properly filed motion. See Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.987.
