Goldbach v. State

¶1Within this consolidated appeal, William Goldbach seeks review of orders that denied post-conviction relief. We accept the state’s position that this case should be remanded for consideration of Goldbach’s claim that he was not given adequate notice of the State’s intent to seek an enhanced sentence. It is so ordered.
