¶1We affirm Johnson’s conviction and sentence without prejudice to Johnson’s ability to raise the issues asserted in his pro se brief in a timely motion for mitigation of sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(c) or in a motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
