PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm the Second Amended Final Judgment. However, the parties agree that footnote two (2) of the judgment incorrectly characterizes Mr. Bush and Mrs. Malkus as joint tenants with rights of sur-vivorship. For that reason, we remand the case to the trial court to strike footnote two from the Second Amended Final Judgment.

¶2AFFIRMED.
