Strickland v. State

¶1Affirmed without prejudice to appellant seeking to vacate his plea in postconviction proceedings. As appellant pled to the offense and did not move to withdraw his plea, he cannot raise those issues on direct appeal. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(b)(2) (A) (ii).
