¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Robert Taylor appeals his conviction of first degree petit theft. Based on the appellee State of Florida’s confession of error filed in this case, as well as our own independent review of the record, this cause is remanded with directions that the trial court reduce Taylor’s conviction from first degree petit theft to second degree petit theft.
¶3Reversed and remanded.
