““A trial court is only required to instruct on a lesser included offense if there is a basis of acquitting defendant of the offense charged and convicting defendant of the lesser included offense. Under the evidence in this case, either defendant beat and threatened the victim and forcibly took her' money, or the victim voluntarily gave him the money.
