¶1Reinaldo Menendez appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence *116under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). After taking judicial notice of this court’s file in Menendez v. State, 775 So.2d 972 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), we conclude that the motion was correctly denied.
