PER CURIAM.

¶1We find no error as to all issues except one. It was error to require the husband to maintain a life insurance policy in the amount of $500,000, when such relief was not properly requested by the wife or tried by the parties. On remand, the trial court shall file an amended final judgment deleting the insurance requirement. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed.
