¶2I respectfully concur. In my view, Article 879 of the Louisiana Children’s Code is not applicable to this non-adjudication hearing because it is limited by both its title (Adjudication) and its text (both sections A and B use the term “adjudication”) to adjudication hearings. Nonetheless, the last sentence of Article 407(a) controls and *49requires that the instant hearing, if properly before the juvenile court, be open to the public.
