Jean v. State

¶1Affirmed without prejudice to appellant’s pursuing his complaints of mistreatment from prison officials and staff through the administrative remedies available from the Department of Correction and, if necessary after exhausting same, filing a petition for writ of mandamus in the appropriate circuit court.
