¶1Pursuant to appellee’s, State of Florida, second amended concession of error, this case is reversed and remanded to the trial court for resentencing. See Byrd v. State, 853 So.2d 1103 (Fla. 4th DCA 2003).
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
