¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

¶2Upon the State’s proper confession of error in calculation filed in this case, as well as our own independent review of the record, the trial court’s order is reversed and this cause is remanded with directions that Johnson be granted an additional twenty-nine days credit for time served, thereby making the total amount of credits equal to 160 days.

¶3Reversed and remanded.
