¶1Now, therefore, it is considered, ordered and adjudged by the Court that the Recommendations of the Disciplinary Board be and the same are hereby adopted by the Court; that said Respondent be and he hereby is suspended from the practice of law for a period of thirty (30) days beginning April 1, 1975.
¶2Further ordered that Respondent pay all costs incurred pursuant ,to certification filed by the Disciplinary Board, to-wit: $181.70.
