¶1The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Holman v. Florida *1291Parole and Probation Commission, 407 So.2d 638 (Fla. 1st DCA 1981). Petitioner’s motion to suggest certified question of great public importance, filed February 17, 2004, is denied.
