““KNOW ALL MEN THAT JOHN F. McBURNEY, JR., and MCBURNEY LAW SERVICES, INC., a professional corporation (hereinafter ‘Releasors’), in consideration of the sum of * * *, to them paid by ATTORNEY JOSEPH J.
