875 So. 2d 807

Delaveaux v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 2004-06-30

Relies on 845 So. 2d 880 - Goad v. Florida Dept. of Corrections · 841 So. 2d 469 - State v. Hernandez · Daniels v. Moore

Decided 2004-06-30

PER CURIAM.

¶1Benjamin Delaveaux appeals his convictions for armed robbery. The trial court’s denial of the motion of defendant-appellant Delaveaux to suppress the show-up identification was in accordance with the relevant legal standards. See State v. Hernandez, 841 So.2d 469, 472 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002), review denied, 845 So.2d 890 (Fla.2003). We find no error in the trial court’s ruling. See Shepherd v. State, 732 So.2d 492 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).

¶2Affirmed.
