The judgment of the district court is affirmed for the reasons stated by the district judge in his Memorandum and Order of February 29, 1988.

The decision is well supported by Montana law and by three recent cases decided since the district court opinion was rendered. See Montana Bank of Circle v. Meyers & Sons, 769 P.2d 1208 (Mont.1989); Bindrim v. University of Montana, 766 P.2d 861 (Mont.1988); Shiplet v. First Sec. Bank of Livingston, 762 P.2d 242 (Mont.1988).
