¶1ORDER
¶2Randall James appeals from judgment entered finding him guilty of assault in the first degree, in violation of § 565.050, RSMo 1986, and armed criminal action, in violation of § 571.015.1, RSMo 1986. James was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty years imprisonment on each count. Defendant James also appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing.
¶3The judgments are affirmed. Rules 30.-25(b) and 84.16(b).
