¶1Rental and subsistence allowance; Army officer with dependent mother. In accordance with its decision of November 14, 1938 (87 C. Cls. 557), and upon a report from the General Accounting Office showing the amount due under said decision, the Court rendered judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,126.46.
