“Whatever the merits of these contentions, Block’s deposition testimony subjects him to a severe attack upon his credibility particularly insofar as his claim is predicated upon reliance on defendants’ 1978 financial report or on the market’s integrity. The testimony adduced gives strong support to the defendants’ position that he was a speculative trader in the Allied stock and that his purchases and sales did not depend upon either the financial statement or the market’s reaction thereto.
