¶2Although the court’s finding on the matter of the agreement between the Walkers and Mrs. Biesmann is not material in the sense that the agreement does not relieve the court of the ultimate responsibility of determining and apportioning the commission, the agreement might be material as some evidence of the extent of the services performed by each of the representatives.
