¶1Appellant/Cross Appellee’s conviction is affirmed. The order dismissing the charge of vehicular homicide is affirmed on the authority of Velazquez v. State, 561 So.2d 347 (Fla. 3d DCA), review denied, 570 So.2d 1306 (Fla.1990).
