¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMILLAN, Presiding Judge.

¶2In accordance "with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Dorsey, 881 So.2d 533 (Ala.2003), we reverse Ethan Dorsey’s conviction for capital murder and remand this case for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
